As part of the "Governance and Coordination" project of the PEPR FORESTT, we launch every year a call for proposals for international and overseas mobility, both incoming and outgoing. The objective of this initiative is to :

• Facilitate the integration of French researchers into the international community,
• Promote the dissemination of our knowledge, tools, and models,
• Acquire scientific or technical skills,
• Support the internationalisation of work conducted within the PEPR FORESTT.

This mobility call funds projects aligned with one or more of these objectives, in connection with one of the four scientific challenges of the PEPR FORESTT, and potentially with one of the projects funded by the PEPR (targeted projects or those supported through the call for proposals).

Budget and Scope

The total budget allocated to this call for proposals is €125,000 every year. Individual project budgets must range from €2,500 to €9,500, supporting mobility periods of 1 to 4 months. The financial support covers travel costs and a monthly allowance for living expenses.

Application Schedule

This call for applications opens annually in January, from 2025 to 2028. The Executive Committee (COMEX) of the PEPR FORESTT selects the winning projects each year between mid-April and late April, for missions scheduled to take place between Septembre of the same year (2025 to 2028) and August of the following year (2026 to 2029).

Deliverables

At the end of their mobility, participants will produce a brief report. Incoming scientists may also be invited to contribute to events organised by the PEPR FORESTT.
